When I first worked with CU Athletics, they needed help defining their audience and creating a marketing strategy. I met with key stakeholders and analyzed their past efforts and available data for insights and opportunities. My job was to create the strategy and approach. I developed a plan that rewarded loyal fans and new audiences that CU had not considered with valuable incentives to cheer for the Buffs. This approach helped to improve customer relationships and drove increased ticket sales for all revenue sports, exceeding all of their goals. 



I also led the development of a social media promotional campaign that was deployed across on and offline touch-points, and enabled them to exponentially grow their Facebook followers across all of their pages. Here is the case study.
