Big Papa knows BBQ, not social media. He needed a social network to help him spread the word about his great food, and the good times at Big Papa's BBQ.

My role: I led the execution across social media, email, at checkout, events and on the website. Using this integrated approach we helped to drive sales by nearly 40% over six weeks versus the prior year with no hard advertising dollars spent. We also made sure that Big Papa came away with some great social skills, by providing him a social media playbook with best practices to keep his followers engaged and coming back.
